We were approached by one of our previous clients to develop a series of seven townhouses for investment, right in the heart of Hampton East. The objective was to consider the footprint and budget, and to deliver a premium collection of 3 bedroom townhouses for maximum return on investment for our client.
The front three units have direct access to the basement with double parking.
Downstairs facilitates a modern floor plan flow, with the living, dining and chef’s kitchen equipped for the everyday and for entertaining.
