A Coastal Sanctuary
There’s no greater compliment than when our clients return to us, for an additional renovation or rebuild. Our Sorrento Project presented just that, the opportunity to design, knockdown and rebuild an existing client’s property on the Mornington Peninsula.
Situated on a well orientated site, our planning revolved around capturing the picturesque coastal surroundings, especially from the top floor. The flowing multi level floor-plan has the agility to expand and retract with a growing family and to also accommodate a house full of guests.
The home has two airy living areas, four bedrooms – one being the master with ensuite and walk-in robe, chef-grade kitchen with butler’s pantry, pool and multiple balconies to appreciate the stunning views as much as possible. The textures and tones were intentionally selected and inspired by the seaside location, encouraging relaxation and calm.
We worked in collaboration with LSA Architects to design and build this Luxe by Sherbrooke project, built to last.
