A return client of ours reached out with plans at the ready, to restore their heritage listed Tudor Style apartment. Designed by Andrew Mitchell of Mr Mitchell, the Toorak apartment is a modern masterpiece with great appreciation of the apartment’s historical characteristics. We worked with Andrew’s drawings to see his design concepts realised, with our construction expertise and network of trade specialties.
Custom joinery and natural stone benchtops were installed, along with the very latest in home automation systems connected throughout. European gas log fireplaces feature in the apartment with the modern convenience of Wifi capability.
High-end appliances and luxurious fittings provide an unmatched elegance, along with bespoke detailing such as the imported European grasscloth wallpaper to dress the walls.
This project is an example of our versatility, project management and quality of finish to carry out a designer’s vision for our client.
