VIP Rewards Membership

At Sherbrooke, we would like to thank you for introducing us to your friends, family and colleagues.

When you contract your project with Sherbrooke you will automatically become a VIP Rewards member. Every time a member introduces us to someone who becomes a new Sherbrooke client, we offer the VIP member various rewards to choose from. To qualify the referred client must be a new client and sign a building contract with Sherbrooke Constructions Pty Ltd.

Throughout the 2020 year in celebration of Sherbrooke’s 30th anniversary year, all VIP members will be rewarded twice for referring the same client. We will offer various rewards once the new client enters into either a Concept Design or a Budget Estimate agreement and again when the new client enters into a building contract with Sherbrooke Constructions Pty Ltd.

Sherbrooke’s Property Policy

Sherbrooke invests significant time, effort and money every year designing outstanding Australian homes. We regularly receive awards from the housing industry for these homes. Accordingly, we take our property rights very seriously. But it is not only our investment that we are trying to protect, it is also the investment that our paying customers make when they choose to design and build a Sherbrooke home. We believe that design is important – it is valuable and it deserves to be protected. We will always protect our rights and that of our paying customers in ensuring that others don’t improperly use property that is not theirs.

As a matter of law, all drawings, plans, designs, illustrations, photos, images or other similar material including brochure format produced by Sherbrooke Design And Construction whether in printed form or other media format are owned by Sherbrooke Constructions Pty Ltd. It is a breach for anyone to reproduce or copy either wholly or in part, in any form (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying and uploading to the Internet) without expressed consent in writing from Sherbrooke Constructions Pty Ltd. The most common way we authorise people to use our property is through signing a building contract with Sherbrooke Constructions Pty Ltd. In the event that we detect or are informed of any breach of Sherbrooke’s property rights, we will pursue legal avenues to protect Sherbrooke and its customers.
